Rabeanco Uses Live Streaming To Transform Online Shopping Experience

“We thought we had to get creative with our digital strategy (since) the purchases necessarily had to go to buyers, because a digital sales page alone is not enough,” says Rabeanco Marketing Manager Ms. Karki. Wong. “With the live shows, we can also help shoppers explore our latest collection while answering product questions in real time, building trust and engagement,” she adds.

“We are excited about the possibilities of live commerce because it combines the best experiences in content marketing and physical retail. It’s this sweet spot that made it the takeaway for us in 2021. ”

Rabeanco’s client base is largely made up of loyal professional women who are drawn to the brand’s minimalist styles and timeless approach to designs. Thus, some of their classic signatures, such as the Alps bag or the diamond-shaped bag, have continued to be part of the brand’s essential collection for over 23 years.

For customers who cannot visit physical Rabeanco stores or prefer to shop from the comfort of their own home, the live streaming experience gives them an additional outlet to view the collection.

“Instead of going with a third-party platform like Facebook, which would have been a simpler option, we wanted to have a live shopping platform that could be integrated into our website. This allows us to control inventory management carts and accounts receivable data. However, we don’t want to give up control of the overall customer experience, including the opportunities for personalization and re-engagement, data capture and retargeting, ”Karki shares.
