On the game: Seniors’ Day highlights the last game of the 2021 season

Elon, NC – The Elon University football team hosts Rhode Island on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. for senior day. Rhode Island and Elon enter the competition with identical 4-3 records in CAA football, but the Rams are 7-3 overall as the Phoenix look to end the year with a winning record, currently at 5-5.

Saturday’s game will be broadcast on FloSports and televised via My48 sports. Taylor durham and Matt Krause will be on the call, with Marilyn Payne serving as key reporter. The game’s audio call with Tellier Lundquist and Chase Williams, can be streamed for free through the NEW The Varsity Network app on your smartphone. Coverage on The Varsity Network app begins at 12:00 p.m. with the Carter + Smith group countdown to kick-off and ends with the Dominos Locker Room report after the game.

Carolines fanfare fire: Phoenix Walk with the FOTC Marching Band will begin at 11:40 a.m. on Bank of America. All fans are encouraged to watch and support our team as they make their way to the stadium. The squad will then enter through the main entrance to the stadium and continue their pre-match performance on the pitch starting 20 minutes before kick-off.

Save your seats during halftime and join the FOTC marching band for some exciting halftime fun. The FOTC concludes its 2021 season with a tribute show to the queen; it’s definitely a performance you won’t want to miss.

Lost and found:
Rhodes Stadium Lost and Found station is located in the ticket office at the main entrance to the stadium. Items found must be returned to this location. Items not claimed on game day can be claimed the next business day by calling 336-278-6800.

Tickets can be purchased at the ticket offices in Rhodes Stadium. Payment methods accepted for ticket purchases are cash (window 4 only), Visa and MasterCard.

Fans can also take advantage of Elon’s digital ticket office. Fans can transfer unused tickets, print tickets from home, or pick up your tickets on your smartphone if you’re at the game.

Car park: All car parks open five hours before kick-off (9:00 a.m.). Game day parking is available for $ 10 in the Hunt B parking lot, located behind the Schar Center. Free match day overflow parking can be found in the Colonnades and Innovation Quad car parks. Starting at 12:30 p.m., a free shuttle will stop at each of these locations and travel to Bank of America Drive at Rhodes Stadium.

Premium parking spaces are available throughout the season through the Phoenix Club. This includes the following bundles: Ingold, Hunt A and Global Neighborhood. Disabled parking is available on a first come, first served basis at Hunt A, Hunt B and Global Neighborhood parking lots.

Limited RV parking is available for $ 10 in Hunt B parking lot on a first come, first served basis. The free RV and overflow lot is located across from Arts West.

From the Greensboro area to the west of the campus
Approaching Elon / Burlington, take Interstate 85/40 to exit 140 (University Drive).
Take the right exit onto the exit ramp and turn left at the traffic lights onto University Drive.
Stay on University Drive for 7 km, then turn right on N. Williamson Avenue.
Continue for 500 meters until you reach Rhodes Stadium on your left.

From the Raleigh-Durham area to the east of the campus
Approaching Elon / Burlington, take Interstate 85/40 to exit 140 (University Drive).
Take the right exit onto the exit ramp and turn right at the traffic lights onto University Drive.
Stay on University Drive 3.8 miles, then turn right on N. Williamson Avenue.
Continue for 500 meters until you reach Rhodes Stadium on your left.

From the Danville, Va. Area north of campus
When approaching Elon / Burlington, take Hwy 87 to the old Hwy 87, then turn right onto the old Hwy 87.
Proceed 0.1 kilometer before turning left onto Elon Ossipiee Road.
Drive 3.7 miles before turning right onto Shallowford Road.
Continue 0.3 miles through the traffic light through University Drive to Rhodes Stadium on your left

Pets: Animals are not allowed inside Rhodes Stadium. Only service animals specially trained to help a person are allowed.

Lightning delay protocol: Elon Athletics’ events management will monitor extreme weather conditions on match day. If a severe weather system approaches Rhodes Stadium, announcements will be made over the public address system.

If a thunderstorm producing lightning is within 8 miles of Rhodes Stadium, all guests inside the facility will be urged to seek shelter via public announcements and video screens.

When the stadium is approved for re-entry, an announcement will be made via the public address system, video panel and social media, as well as available radio and broadcast points.

Prohibited items: Items prohibited at Rhodes Stadium include, but are not limited to:
Non-transparent bags
Bags over 12 “x6” x12 “
Weapons, firearms and explosives
