16 stylish releases and new watches we’re obsessed with this week
Just like that, we are eight days in October. It’ll be Christmas before we can count to five. (Not really, though. Don’t panic and shop for freebies – for now.) Cycle through the worlds versions of the style and watch, which include a verdant crossover suit, Harry’s glow-in-the-dark razor, baggy pants and sweatshirts and a nifty watch from a Swiss company.
Baltic Microrotor MR01 Watch
Baltic makes some of our favorite vintage inspired watches. The most recent includes an automatic movement from the Chinese company Hangzhou in beautifully classic packaging available in a few dial variations. The movement uses a smaller rotor than most automatic movements (a microrotor), which saves space and allows a watch to be thinner – here the case is 36mm wide and only 8mm thick (not counting the curved glass).

KID SUPER x Modelo collection
The KID SUPER and Modelo collection is atypical. Why? Well, it’s free – for 250 entrants who win one. They will receive the complete KID SUPER x Modelo football kit (one shirt and shorts), a matching tracksuit and this bag, which looks like a vintage piece rather than collaboration merchandise.

Timex x James Brand Expedition North Titanium Automatic Watch
Isn’t this one of the coolest Timex field watches you’ve ever seen? We bet it does. Made in collaboration with The James Brand, you get a 41mm titanium case, Japanese automatic movement, and killer military-style field watch design. That’s a lot of watch for the price.
Price: $ 349
19-69 x Upper Camp of Upper Peace
A blend of the familiar and foreign scent of the 19-69s collaboration with pacifist streetwear brand Camp High features notes of nature and davana, vetiver and plastic. It’s nice, I promise.
Price: $ 189
IWC x Pilot’s Watch Collective Edition Chronograph “C.03”
The Collective watch collectors group occasionally partners with watch brands on special limited editions. Its latest is with IWC on a very familiar IWC-looking Pilot Chronograph – and that’s exactly the point: it’s meant to represent the quintessential design DNA of the brand from the 1990s to the 2000s, but it does. is the only example in this exact configuration. It is limited to only 125 pieces.
Price: $ 7,150 +
Dr Martens x Herschel Reeder
Rather than all leather, the Reeder shoes by Dr. Martens and Herschel are made from cordura (with touches of water repellent leather). They have a sportier look for Docs, which generally tends to skew industrial punk.
Price: $ 110
Luminox Atacama Field 1907 Automatic Watch
Resistant Luminox watches are often quartz, but there are automatic options as well. The Atacama campaign watch is 44mm wide, runs on a Swiss Sellita SW220 automatic movement and is now available in a blue dial version available on a steel strap or bracelet.
Price: $ 975 +
“Alternative” time displays are quite common among young design-oriented watch brands, but the Swiss company Snglrty is doing something new: in this system, the time is indicated by a traditional hand, but frames also a timer below. The minute track itself rotates so that the current minute is displayed in the frame of the hour hand. Pretty smart. All of this is presented in an attractive 40.5mm case running on an automatic movement.
Price: $ 2,250 +
Awake NY Double Breasted Suit
Awake NY announced a new collection this week. It arrives Friday October 8 and covers everything you need for fall / winter, including a killer green wool suit.
Price: $ 680 (Available October 8 at 11 a.m. EST)
Watch H. Moser & Cie. Heritage Dual Time
The high-end watchmaker H. Moser & Cie. is appreciated as much for the beautiful movements inside its watches as for its superb dial executions. With a minute track and bold Arabic numerals in a style typical of aviator’s watches, the new Heritage Dual Time features an automatic GMT movement and a “smoked” burgundy dial.
Price: $ 21,900
Harry’s x Ghostly phosphorescent razor
File it under “collaborations that no one asked for but that no one can be mad at”. Harry’s razors are cool, and Ghostly is a great label, so I don’t really have a problem with that. There is also a constantly updated playlist of brands that you can edit using the included QR code. (And a portion of all sales will be donated.)
Price: $ 15
TAG Heuer Carrera Watch
When you hear the word ‘Carrera’, if you don’t think of the Porsche, you probably think of the TAG Heuer Chronograph Watch. The collection, however, has long drawn inspiration from its famous chronographs and applied it to other types of watches. It has just been refreshed with refined new versions of its time-only and GMT automatic watches in several sizes, configurations and dial colors.
Price: $ 2,700 +
Snow Peak Flexible Insulated Jumper
Part of Snow Peak’s FW21 collection, which includes a plethora of camping gear, kitchenware and clothing, this flexible insulated sweater offers the perks of a down jacket and the look of a sweatshirt. . A hell of a punch, in my opinion.
Price: $ 215
Undefeated x Converse Chuck 70 Mid
These may be the very first Converse Chuck Taylor Mids. The brand makes Mids, but they have padded collars and don’t look as cropped as those from Undefeated. Needless to say, I’m interested. They fall on October 14.
Price: $ 110
Sinn 6060 B World Time Frankfurt Watch
Although best known for its tool watches, German brand Sinn offers compelling models in its relatively stylish Frankfurt collection. The collection is enriched by a new blue-dial version of its World Time watch, which features a GMT hand and a 24-hour rotating inner ring controlled by a crown at 10 o’clock. It’s open for orders now, but won’t be available until February 2022.
Price: $ 2,880
Mifland quilted work trousers
Mifland is dropping part of its FW21 collection every Saturday, starting October 9. While I’m not sure which part will come first, I’m keeping my eyes peeled for these quilted work pants: they come in a few colors, look super comfy, and take inspiration from classic clothing.
